Using an Action

First of all, download an action and unzip it.

Then, open up Photoshop and open up a picture.

Now, go to Windows>>Actions

Now, click the arrow on the top right hand corner of the actions window and select Load Actions

Now, find your unzipped action, and open it.

Now, click on the arrow next to the action that came up. Then select the action, and press play
